We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

Collectible items may vary in condition. Condition descriptions (e.g., PSA grades, BGS grades) are provided as reference and reflect the grading company's assessment at the time of grading.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless the item received is materially different from its description. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of TML Collectibles and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
